EXPERIENCED Line Cook needed for upcoming wine bar in Ocean Beach. Hourly wage + tips, benefits available.
Must be able to work nights and weekends.
Objectives - Prepare and plate menu items on par with chefs standards/specifications, effective communication skills, food safety, and uphold quality standards to provide customers with impeccable dining experience.
Responsibilities and Qualifications - Ability to consistently prep (i.e possess good knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment), prepare, and plate menu items to specification always in keeping with food safety standards. Prepare, stock line, and work service. At service completion clean and organize utensils, equipment and station thoroughly. Must be able to meet physical demands of the job.
Only candidates with line cook experience will be considered.
