What You’ll Do
Cook and plate seafood items to spec, keeping tickets moving.
Rock a clean, organized station during service and breakdown.
Handle daily prep, restock, and rotation (FIFO).
Follow all food‑safety + sanitation standards.
Communicate with the team to keep the line flowing smoothly.
What We’re After
1+ year line‑cook experience (seafood a plus).
Knife skills, basic prep know‑how, and the ability to stay cool in a rush.
Dependable, on‑time, and ready to hustle.
Food Handler Card (or willing to get one ASAP).
