-Line cook experience
-Strong expo skills, but will train with experience
-Strong communication skills
-Assistance with kitchen management
-Dependable
-A team player who has the ability to work well with co-workers
-Ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy kitchen
-Ability to multi-task
-Organized
-Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations
-Desire to advance skills
-Can grow into a leadership position
Responsibilities include:
Setting-up and cleaning stations
Stocking and re-stocking items
Preparing assigned food items
Following recipes
Portion and quality control
Clean kitchen, storage and refrigeration
