Eric Bost and John Resnick, of Campfire, Wildland and Michelin-starred Jeune et Jolie in Carlsbad, CA, are partnering on a new fine dining restaurant debuting in Carlsbad this spring: Lilo.
Lilo will be an intimate, 22-seat chef’s counter, harnessing the untamed spirit of the California coast and the world's shorelines through a celebratory tasting menu and immersive dining experience rooted in a thoughtful connection to nature.

This ambitious project has been four years in the making, and aims to offer the communities of Southern California a celebratory restaurant that feels worthy of celebration. Delicious, vibrant, dynamic and playful, Lilo represents our perspective on the fine dining restaurant, and is an expression of our personalities and our passions.
We are now looking for a talented and curious group of individuals who share in the vision of coming together to do work that is meaningful: creating delicious and joyful experiences for our guests, building community with each other, and ensuring that the time every person spends with us is time well spent.
Strong candidates for our team will have at least two years experience working in high level and well respected restaurants of focus and quality. Michelin experience is desirable, but not required.

ENVIRONMENTAL AND/OR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
-Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely and successfully within federal, state, and local standards
-Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
-Ability to physically maneuver through work areas; bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, climb stairs and steps, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment
