Position Overview:

We are currently seeking talented and passionate Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities:

Execute food preparation tasks according to established recipes and standards.

Assist in the preparation of ingredients, such as chopping vegetables, portioning meats, and assembling dishes.

Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

Contribute ideas and suggestions for menu improvements and innovations.

Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a high-volume kitchen environment preferred.

Knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Culinary degree/certification is a plus but not required.
