This is who we looking for: someone responsible, dedicated to cooking and skilled with experience who is curious and wants to leverage your skills in Italian cooking or learn more about Italian cuisine, and who wants to improve their craft. There is a lot of opportunity here.
More things: Someone who is familiar with working in a scratch kitchen. Individuals with super communication, a strong work ethic, prepared to work in a fast pace, a passion for hospitality, a commitment to excellence and someone who understands the importance of team work. Ability to multi-task is a must.
For the Main Course or Pasta Line Cook position, you must have:
At least 4 years experience cooking professionally
Good knife skills
Reliability
Calm under pressure (we are extremely busy)
A great palate
Experience in a scratch kitchen
A solid work ethic
And a desire to learn even more
You must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
