Hiring Line cook for Grill, sauté, fryer station for restaurant at the Del Mar Highlands Town Center.
Thursday to Monday opening lunch shifts
10pm-4pm

The ideal candidate is able to work efficiently and quickly in a fast paced, energetic environment, while consistently recreating signature dishes that meet our high standards and expectations. Our kitchen is fairly compact, so we expect a team player who is willing to cross-train, multi-task, and work across multiple stations. Must be reliable, self-motivated, and be able to handle an extremely busy kitchen. Position is available immediately!
Requirements:
Cooks:
- 3/5 year minimum restaurant experience as line cook or Lead line cook. (actual restaurant experience)
-Food handlers card
-Reliable transportation
-Work references
