We are looking for a Line Cook and Raw Station Chef at Hitokuchi restaurant.
About Hitokuchi:
- Hitokuchi focuses on Japanese Tapas with high quality ingredients
- We were recently in the 50 best new restaurants in America by Esquire Magazine.
- Starting April 1st, we will only offer a 7-course tasting menu.
Position Requirements:
- Kitchen experience
- Experience with Japanese cuisine will benefit
- Self-driven and motivated
- Sushi experience will benefit
