Crab Hut is a family-owned Louisiana Seafood restaurant serving up flavorful seafood boils and other Southern & Cajun-inspired dishes alongside a full bar with craft cocktails, beer, and wine.
HOST (Part-Time)
Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Creating a positive first impression for all guests
Greeting & Seating guests at tables
Managing the flow of guests into the restaurant
Managing the guest wait list
Providing customers with menus and answering any initial questions they may have
Optimizing seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff
Answering phones
Taking and packing take-out orders
Assisting the floor in bussing & resetting tables during peak business
Experience & Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, but restaurant experience is a plus.
- Available evenings (4pm-10pm)
- Team player who works well under pressure.
