We are a quick service restaurant specializing in fried chicken, burgers and rice bowls. We are located in Barrio Logan off Boston Ave and 28th St in the Barrio Food Hub. Our kitchen operates everyday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.
We are looking to fill a Line Cook position for a part-time closing shift.
Shifts will be from 5:00pm-12:30am, Sunday thru Wednesday. Option to increase hours depending on performance.
Responsibilities:
-Work a deep fryer, handle multiple timers, and produce evenly fried chicken.
-Work a flat-top cooking grilled meats and vegetables.
-Neat and consistent packaging/bagging of orders.
-Portioning sauces and prepped ingredients.
-Keep kitchen clean, neat, and organized.
-Maintain the line and cold/dry storage stock.
-Cleaning of deep fryers and flat-top.
-Cleaning of pots, pans, and dishes.
Pay is $19 per hour.
