We are looking for a full-time and part-time baristas. We are a San Diego-based Cafe focusing on quality food and coffee drinks. Must have 3 years of high-volume barista experience. Must be a morning person as shifts start around 6:30 am. We all work together as a team tips would be split evenly between all the hourly employees which typically adds $4-$7/hr to your paycheck. All the catering tips are also added to this pot.
The schedule for part-time is somewhat flexible but would be between 2 and 4 shifts per week. Starting between 6:30 am and 8 am
The full-time schedule would be Monday through Friday 6:30-3:30 pm (if you are the closer)
