We are a highly successful, established restaurant group seeking reliable hosts, bussers, expo/runners, servers, barbacks and bartenders for the grand opening of our newest Pacific Beach restaurant and bar - Union Kitchen & Tap.

Host/Hostesses: $16.85/HR + Tips
We believe our hosts/hostesses have one of the most important jobs in the entire restaurant, because they hold the keys to every guest's first impression.
Responsibilities include:
-Cheerfully greet and seat customers appropriately in server sections
-Maintain an orderly customer flow and strategic seating arrangements
-Communicate customer feedback and assist servers when necessary
-Maintain clean, organized, and undamaged menus
-Ring in transactions in the POS
-Attend all departmental meetings and training sessions as requested/assigned
-Assist in conflict resolution and troubleshooting for table wait times when necessary
Expo/Food Runner/Busser Requirements: $16.85/HR + Tips
-Good verbal communication skills
-Positive, friendly demeanor
-Punctuality and dependability
-Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations during busy periods
-Interpersonal skills and conflict resolution experience to help promote customer satisfaction
Barback Requirements: $16.85/HR + Tips
-Have a positive attitude
-Ability to communicate and work well with all staff members
-Have experience in a full bar/high volume environment
-Punctuality and dependability
-Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations during busy periods
Bartender Requirements: $16.85/HR + Tips
-At least 2 years of experience in a high volume style restaurant
-Experience in craft cocktails/mixology
-Relevant/current experience as a bartender
-Ability to work under pressure and in stressful situations during busy periods
-Ability to communicate and work well with all staff members
