About the Role:
As Head Chef/Kitchen Manager, you'll lead kitchen operations, manage and mentor team members, and ensure consistency, quality, and speed of service. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive kitchen culture while helping our business grow.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage kitchen staff during all shifts
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
Give and receive constructive feedback to and from team members
Keep a cool head under pressure, especially during peak hours
Support a collaborative, team-focused environment
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience (management experience preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
Open availability (weekdays, weekends, holidays)
Commitment to professionalism and teamwork
