This position can be a gateway position for the right candidate as we are additionally looking for leads and supervisors in the kitchen to support with administrative and purchasing responsibilities alongside menu creation. We are also building staff for a potential second location.
We prepare power bowls, savory bowls, breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, grilled sandwiches, toasts, oats, smoothies/shakes, acai bowls, hot snacks, etc all of which are highly customizable. We operate a cafe and drive thru so are looking for someone who can prep and execute our menu with a high level of precision, quickly.

Built by former baristas/restaurant people who get it, at its core is a desire to deliver great high quality boutique products in the cup and on the plate to our community alongside genuine, real customer care. We are a coffee-bar and kitchen with cafe and Drive Thru. We are a community meeting place. We have a burgeoning art and music scene.
You: smart, fast, experienced as a line cook, cafe cook, prep cook, coffeehouse food position or other relevant food background. You are genuine, taking care of people gets you up in the morning. A great smile. We have a great team and are looking for someone to come make us better!
We are hiring for a FT cooking position. Opportunities exist due to our constantly increasing business.
Prep responsibilities include pre prepping a variety of grilled sandwiches, roasting vegetables, roasting meats, making beverage syrups, beverage sauces, beverage powders, food sauces, mixing powders, slicing meat, fruits and prepping vegetables, pre-prepping baked goods, etc
We typically staff 3-6 in the kitchen. This position requires you to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently and oftentimes independently. This position is available as FT right now.

Support in preparing all food items to order to meet Gladly Kitchen standards.
Participate in new menu development.
Maintain the kitchen clean and organized.
Support with opening/closing kitchen responsibilities.
Sharing dishwashing responsibilities
1+ years of previous kitchen prep and food experience is preferred.
