We are a 15-year-old, very successful Food Truck operation in Mission Valley serving Mexican seafood. We are investing in expanding our operations and are looking for a seasoned manager and potential partner to take us to the next level. The job includes cooking stations, cashier-customer service, driving the food truck, maintenance, purchasing, team management, and making sure the operation runs to perfection.
To properly compensate a successful candidate, we are offering $5000 base salary per month, two days off per week, sales and COGS bonuses (achievable) ranging from $500-$2500 per month. A highly successful candidate will have the opportunity for partnership.
