Job Description
1. Food Prep:
Prepare ingredients for poke bowls, including slicing vegetables, cooking rice, and making sauces.
Maintain a clean and organized work station.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies.
2. Fish Cutter:
Expertly cut and prepare fish for poke bowls.
Ensure all fish is handled and stored according to safety standards.
Monitor the quality of fish and report any concerns to management.
3. Qualifications:
Previous experience in food preparation and/or fish cutting is required.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
