BARTENDER
We are a BUSY family Oriented Fast-Casual Mexican Restaurant in the north county area looking for a few fun, and eager team members to join our Family. We currently have 4 locations in North County and growing fast.
If your looking to work in a fun, fast paced environment with great pay, backed by a great bar program where we focus on education, hospitality and amazing tasty drinks!

Job Summary : Bartender
Requirements:
- 21 or older
- 2 Years Minimum Bartending Experience
- Excellent Time Managementn
- Amazing Guest Service & Hospitality Skills
- Knowledge and comfortable with TOAST Operating System
- ( Basic ) Knowledge of wine
- ( Basic ) Knowledge of local Craft Beers
- (Intermediate) Knowledge of Agave Spirits & Classic Drinks
Resume and proven working experience as a Bartender
Bartender Job Duties:
Interact with customers, take orders and serve food, Beer, and wine.
Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
Plan and present bar menu thoroughly
- Make cocktails to Spec and have basic jigger knowledge.
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Comply with all food and beverage regulations Requirements
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills with the attention to detail
- Ability to process and retain verbal as well as written instruction.
- Learning the menu and business protocols
- Great Multitasker
SECOND Language is a plus
