Job Description:
The celebrated Roppongi Restaurant & Lounge is re-opening its doors to serve La Jolla the best Asian Fusion food and cocktail menus in San Diego! We are currently seeking EXPERIENCED Servers and Hosts (possibly food runners) to begin training in September, first service to be 09/30. Roppongi's hours of operation will be daily from 2:30-midnight and the restaurant will offer Happy Hour from 2:30pm, dinner from 5pm, and an after-hours lounge from 10pm. Our talented FOH team members maintain safe and sanitary food & beverage processes in order to provide exceptional food and drinks to our valued guests. Applicant Requirements:
Full weekend availability - must be able to work Fri-Sun and holidays
Extensive serving experience - wine & cocktail knowledge a huge plus
Ability to get and maintain a food handler card, RBS and Respectful Workplace certifications
Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
