Manager Pay: $35/hour
Hours: Tuesday (5pm-11pm), Wednesday (9am-2pm), Thursday (5pm-11pm), Friday/Saturday (4:30pm-12:30am)
Plus sometimes we have Wednesday shows (5pm-11) & Sunday shows (4pm-10pm)

We are looking for talented, service-minded individuals with shining personalities who are as committed as we are to providing an extraordinary guest experience. Familiarity with Toast is a plus. Open availability required. Must be available weekend nights, Valentine’s Day and New Year's Eve.
Manager Requirements:
Availability Tuesday-Sunday
Effectively manages The American Comedy Co, including but not limited to administration of policies, guidelines, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards
Ensures that the Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, as well as the company safety and security policies are being adhered to
Controls profit and loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor
Makes sure the restaurant is in compliance with the preventative maintenance program with regards to facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance.
Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
Ensures a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team
Qualifications
2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment
High School Diploma or GED
Experience in providing exceptional customer service is required
Guard Card or willing to obtain
Toast Training
Manager ServeSafe or willing to obtain
Alcohol Server License or willing to obtain
Skills
Excellent communication skills
Basic mathematical skills are required
The ability to be flexible and adapt to any situation
Proven track record of leadership or managerial skills
Strong problem solving and decision making skills are necessary
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and other appropriate software
Must be able to operate a cash register
Familiarity with Toast POS
