Elixir Espresso Bar is looking for reliable, motivated and outgoing team players who are passionate about coffee. FULL and PART time positions available. We are looking for quick learners with great attitudes, and outstanding customer service ready to join our team.
The right candidates for this opportunity must be able to provide excellent customer service, exhibit passion for our products and company. Possessing superior barista and latte art skills is a plus!
Duties and Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required:
-Greet and interact with customers and demonstrate a passion for coffee
-Provide courteous, outstanding customer service through excellent product knowledge
-Prepare beverages demonstrating superior barista skills
-Sell coffee, tea and other store merchandise
-Prepare Crepes, serve gelato, food prep
-Multi-task in a highly demanding, and sometimes stressful environment
-Educate customers on all coffee and teas as well as the basic science of espresso
-Assist in training and development of new employees
-Maintain effective relationships with management, co-workers and customers
-Cooperate successfully as a team member
-Communicate effectively with others, using communication that is clear, honest and complete
-Have cash handling skills using POS
-Other duties as assigned
