HIRING ALL POSITIONS
BOH: Line Cooks, Prep Cooks, Dishwashers
Prep Cook: Prioritize and follow prep list that changes daily, communicate with chef on timelines of projects and product needs. Prepare foods by washing/chopping vegetables, cutting meats etc. Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food, all while complying with safety and sanitization guidelines. Availability, 7am-3:30pm
Line Cooks- at least 1 year experience in high volume restaurant, open availability preferred
Generally PM shifts, 3:00-12:00am
Dishwasher: Janitorial and supportive kitchen tasks, washing dishes and appliances, emptying trash receptacles, scrubbing floors, sorting linens, restocking items, and performing other tasks to ensure that the kitchen and dining areas are clean and prepared for guests.
