Requirements:
1+ year of work experience; preferably in a high volume restaurant.
Must enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs.
Food Handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Background check is required.
Responsibilities:
Performing various kitchen cleaning activities; cleaning and sanitizing dishes, glassware, utensils and cookware.
Handle tableware carefully to prevent injury, breakage, or loss.
Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.
Restocking dishes in front and back of house.
Assisting with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested.
Light cooking and prepping duties.
Handling all foods storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all health codes and requirements.
Demonstrates teamwork with coworkers.
