Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our culinary team at Ahi Pacific, a premier seafood restaurant. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, maintaining high standards of food quality, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring the highest quality.

Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper food storage and sanitation practices.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.

Quality Control: Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality.

Food Safety: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.

Expertise in seafood preparation and cooking techniques. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
