Schedule: Flexible availability (weekday & weekend evenings needed)

The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Cook to join our small but mighty team. You’ll help execute a creative, seasonal menu designed to pair perfectly with our cocktail offerings. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in serving food that looks as good as it tastes.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items with consistency, quality, and efficiency
Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
Assist with prep, inventory, and kitchen organization
Communicate effectively with FOH teams to maintain flow and timing
Contribute to menu development and daily specials when needed
Maintain a clean and organized station before, during, and after service
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a professional kitchen preferred
Strong knife skills and understanding of cooking techniques
Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
Must have or be willing to obtain a valid California Food Handler Card
A passion for good food, good drinks, and good vibes
