Job Description: We are seeking multiple skilled and dedicated line cooks to join our culinary team at Ahi Pacific. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, maintaining high standards of food quality, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. As well as inventory management, food preperation and nightly side work.
Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, ensuring the highest quality.
-Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper food storage
and sanitation practices.
-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
-Quality Control: Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
-Food Safety: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
-Expertise in seafood preparation and cooking techniques.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
