Food Network Champion Chef Maeve Rochford's Sugar and Scribe bakery is dedicated to bringing the baking traditions of Ireland to San Diego, CA. Descending from a long line of Irish bakers dating back to the 1930’s, Maeve continues the tradition of the Irish Rochford women, providing Southern California baked goods and savories from recipes that have survived generations of wars and emigration. Serving breakfast and lunch, Sugar and Scribe specializes in sweet and savory Irish cuisine with a little attitude.

Sugar And Scribe in La Jolla, CA is looking for one cake decorator to join our 52 person strong team. We are located on 7660 Fay Ave Suite I. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and reliable.Do want to work with and learn from the best- We are looking for a Cake Decorator to join our team. You will be working with THREE Food Network Champion Cake Chefs!Plus tipsThursday -Saturday Hours offered are 5am-1:30pmSugar and Scribe is renowned for its cakes, cupcakes, cookies, scones, pies and other baked goods. Our pastry team is the best in the industry. You will be expected to work flexible hours, including early mornings, overnight shifts and weekends.
