We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented and team-focused candidate for this position within our flagship location in Hillcrest. The primary focus of this position is to run our kitchen operations during service hours, maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, and ensure high quality dishes every time. This position is primarily weekend mornings from 10-3pm.

Duties:
● Prep food and ensure high quality ingredients are available through inventory management and communication with team leadership
● Complete food tickets with an eye for consistency and quality
● Deliver food directly to customers and provide high quality customer service
● Provide front of house team members with clean dishware regularly throughout service
● Maintain a high standard of cleaning practices, including but not limited to opening and closing procedures
● Take initiative to complete guest requests and any tasks or projects assigned by management
Requirements:
● Must be at least 18 years of age.
● 1+ year of kitchen experience preferred
● Valid Food Handlers Card required to begin work
● Guest service obsessed, solution-oriented, and team minded
● Ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and adapt to a flexible schedule.
● Ability to lift, carry and/or transport 50 pounds if necessary
