Looking for a new (go-getter) member to join our award winning team. The tasks assigned to the brewer’s assistant are as followed, but not limited to: Tank and equipment cleaning and sanitation, production area maintenance and cleaning, keg washing and sanitation, cleaning and sanitation of tap lines, ingredient and supply procurement, storage runs, bottling and labeling, kegging product and keg maintenance, assistance with mead and cider production, assistance in cold box organization, general facility maintenance and labor. Experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum physical requirements: Must be able to completely pass through the fermentation tank manway in order to access the inside for manual cleaning. Must be able to stack (without assistance) a full ½ bbl keg (approx. 125 lbs) on top of another ½ bbl keg. Serious inquiries only, please.
