Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Bakery Operations & Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing administrative tasks, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations related to invoicing, inventory, and customer relations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and has strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adjust & Create Invoices: Utilize Mountain Stream Software to generate and update invoices accurately.
- Bread Organization & Rotation: Ensure proper organization and rotation of bread stock to maintain freshness and quality.
- Customer Communication: Contact customers regarding order cutoff times and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track product movement, and assist with ordering as needed.
- Customer Outreach & File Organization: Identify potential customers, maintain up-to-date records, and organize customer files systematically.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in administration, sales, or customer service (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with invoicing software (Mountain Stream Software is a plus)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory management
- Bilingual is a plus
