Assistant Manager - Vacation Rental Operations

Assist with many aspects of vacation rental operation in multiple Mission Beach rentals. Will include a mix of activities per candidate's abilities, such as checking on quality of housekeeping and resolving any deficiencies, finding damages left by guests and fixing them if possible or refer them to owner, organizing supply rooms and restocking items. Can also include marketing/advertising assistance if candidate is skilled and inclined, and some guest interaction/management. Can provide some training/guidance for a fast learner. Ability to drive is a definite plus, but not required if candidate is local or can self-commute in a timely and reliable manner. Potential for ongoing work year round if initial period goes well.
