Job Title: Store ManagerCompany: Alohana Açai BowlsLocation: Vista, CaliforniaJob Summary:Alohana Açai Bowls is seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our açai bowl and smoothie restaurant in Vista, California. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a food service establishment and a passion for healthy eating and exceptional customer service. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, while also maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities: Hire, train, and supervise a team of employees, including cashiers, food prep staff Schedule employee shifts and manage payroll expenses Order and maintain inventory of food and beverage supplies, including fresh fruit, açai, and other ingredients Ensure that all food items are prepared according to company recipes and standards of quality and freshness Maintain a clean and organized restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas Manage customer complaints and ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience Monitor sales and inventory levels and make adjustments to ordering and pricing as needed Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and increase sales Ensure that all employees follow health and safety guidelines and regulations Prepare financial reports and track expenses to ensure profitability Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the food service industry, preferably in a similar restaurant setting Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a team and multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and employees Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays To Apply:Please send your resume and cover letter to peteatalohaacaibowlssd.com.
