- Partners with the Technical Product Manager on analyzing customer needs and aligning the product roadmap with strategic business goals and objectives
- Translates Epics & Features into detailed User Stories – maps the value proposition (value statement) back to the high-level requirements and defines story acceptance criteria
- Defines sprint objectives via continuous prioritization of stories in the product backlog
- Responsible for the entire life cycle of a User Story (creation, refinement, estimation, implementation, delivery)
- Leads Sprint Reviews & Demos and can clearly communicate value delivery to stakeholders
- Lead Solution Design Sessions with business, development, and testing resources to refine technical story requirements & considerations
- Owns technical documentation including release notes, requirement specs, technical project status and risks
- Accountable for the execution and continuous improvement of the agile team.
- Reviews and publishes Knowledge Articles
- Anticipates customer/stakeholder needs at the story-level
- Primary communicator and link between stakeholders and teams for User Stories (prioritization & execution)
- Ensures there is consensus from stakeholders on all story requirements and acceptance criteria
- Effective verbal and written professional communication skills to different audiences

- Ability to delegate and follow up
- Ability to look at all options to remove roadblocks
- Ability to communicate to all levels of team members including senior management

- Bachelors’ degree in technical subject area or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years project management experience desired
- 4+ years Salesforce experience
- Experience serving a Product Owner or Lead Business Analyst on an agile team
- Experience with breaking down Epics and Features into User Stories and maintaining a prioritized and well-groomed backlog
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, TDD), concepts and standard methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis and reporting
- Sophisticated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) desired
- First-level Agile Certification (e.g., CSPO, CSM, PSPO) desired
- Experience using agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Version One, Rally) desired
- Ability to work in hybrid work environment (time split between remote and in-office)
