This is a position that will work mostly 1 st and 2 nd shifts and allows for flexibility to work different hours as needed to supervise the SSA program.JOB SUMMARY:Provides oversight of the Environmental Services department. The Supervisor will provide assistance to the Director of Environmental Services with implementing and sustaining a fiscally responsible and measurably effective, housekeeping program across the hospital. The Supervisor is expected to be a key part of a leadership team that produces a clean, hygienic, and safe environment that is patient-centered, sustainable aligned with customer demands, and yields great results measured by patient satisfaction scores and internal key performance indicators within the approved budget. Responsible for maintaining compliance with policies and procedures, and applicable Infection Control, Federal and District regulations to include, but not limited to EPA, DDOE DOH, OSHA.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years of environmental services experience in a supervisory or lead role in lieu of degreeTwo years of experienceCA drivers license (if applicable)The expected hiring range for this position is $30.96 to $42.57Rady Children’s Hospital is committed to compensation that is externally competitive and internally equitable.
