We are looking for talented members who are passionate about AI, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and are eager to contribute to the development of a transformative product that is reshaping how businesses leverage AI to solve real-world problems.What you get to do in this role:  You’ll use ServiceNow platform to develop AI Agents for customersDevelop features to allow our platform the ability to add AI Agent functionalitiesYou’ll coordinate and integrate the work of fellow designers for a seamless and unified experience.Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)Partner with staff engineer peers to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suiteBe a mentor for junior colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharingCollaborate with experienced engineering team members that learn from one another and drives each other to success.You’ll Implement software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality and Deliver an amazing product that delights end usersTo be successful in this role you have: Passion for AI and cutting-edge technologiesExperience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerationsExperience with any of the modern UI frameworks like, React or VueAbility to understand and distill complex problems into elegant, informed solutionsExperience working in an iterative and agile development environmentExcellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with multi-functional and multi-disciplined teamsNice to have:Knowledge or experience working with of AI agents
