Description We are currently seeking a experienced Senior Accountant who can bring a combination of financial expertise, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills to support our finance team. The Senior Accountant is responsible for preparing monthly and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with company procedures, applying accepted accounting principles, and coordinating with other finance staff. This role includes refining and implementing financial policies, managing financial risk, and driving financial objectives.Responsibilities:

Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.

Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies, and relevant legal regulations.

Manage budgeting and forecasting efforts, providing variance analysis as needed.

Oversee accounting operations, design systems for accounting/financial management control, and audit these systems regularly for any necessary adjustments.

Supervise and manage performance of accounting and other financial staff.

Analyze financial details to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed.

Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions.

Work closely with tax and audit professionals during financial audits and tax preparation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA or similar qualification is strongly preferred.

Proven experience as a Senior Accountant with a solid understanding of accounting principles and current financial legislation.

Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency with accounting software, databases, and financial analysis programs.

Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.

Strong leadership abilities and experience.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
