Job Description
What you get to do in this role:- You will get an opportunity to direct and edit a variety of video styles including; interviews, sizzle reels, documentaries, training, art-of-the-possible, and leadership communications.
- We are looking for someone who understands, and has a keen eye for story-telling and helping colleagues craft compelling and engaging video messages.
- You will also coach people on how to improve their ‘digital presence’ when recording themselves using a smartphone, computer, zoom, etc.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:- A deep understanding of the entire process of creating corporate video. An ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in corporate video. In addition, an ideal candidate will have great people skills with an ability to get along with a wide variety of personalities and work-styles.
- Expert with Adobe Premier (or Final Cut Pro)
- Good skill level with Adobe After Effects (or Apple Motion)
- Expert skills in shooting video, lighting, framing, lens choices, audio gear, etc.
- Expert in all aspects of post production (audio, color correction, etc.)
- Good eye for design and aesthetics
- Good understanding of script writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
