Our work ensures Qualcomm engineers and business functions operate on leading public and private cloud infrastructure (servers, storage, networking), and leverage best-in-class collaboration tools and end user devices.This role is to support the Director of Business Operations in the IT Infrastructure and End User Services organization . You will support day-to-day operations of a global IT team in terms of finance/budgeting, procurement, asset management, process analysis/improvement, communications, and special projects. You will also be joining a small team that values doing the right thing, doing things the right way, and succeeding together. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2+ years of related business process analysis experience.ORAssociate's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 4+ years of related business process analysis experience.ORHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of related business process analysis experience.Responsibilities Include:

Oversee with critical procurement, finance, and asset management activities

Assist in creating annual budgets and tracking budgets throughout the year

Provide reasonable and prudent review of finances

Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making

Evaluate existing processes, gather requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions

Assist in the creation of standard KPIs, templates, and other artifacts

Help develop executive-level communications

Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and patterns

Preferred Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of equivalent work experience in IT, finance, or business operations

Expert in at least two of: Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, SQL

Strong verbal as well as written communication skills, especially for executive-level audiences

Structured approach, ability to break down complex issues, strong organizational skills

Analytical mindset to generate insights out of any kind of data

Willingness to take ownership of issues and ensure all interested parties are kept informed of progress in order to deliver solutions

Management consulting experience, or IT infrastructure (datacenter, servers, networking, etc.) experience is a plus
