Senior Software Quality Engineer

This is the core platform team and we are  responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the Now Platform. This team provides overall strategic direction, ongoing administration, and extends ServiceNow as a strategic platform across the businessWhat you get to do in this role:   Maintain existing automation test frameworksCollect and report quality metrics from test executionWork with developers to design specific testing strategies for features being developed and automate themCreate comprehensive test plans; execute and automate themWork with the engineering organizations in troubleshooting or addressing issues with applications and dev/test environments
