Role:We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join ServiceNow’s Platform and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Marketing team! This role will play a vital part in ensuring we continue to differentiate our AI solutions in the industry with programs, strategies, and long-term marketing plans focused on reaching our sales goals. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll partner closely with product, sales, GTM, partners, demand gen, and other teams to build messaging, programs, and solutions that drive adoption and business growth in a high-growth market segment. This role is pivotal in empowering our sales teams to effectively communicate the value proposition and drive adoption of our innovative solutions. If you're passionate about taking products to market, authoring marketing plans, authoring solution narratives, creating customer evidence, creating events strategy, being a product advocate to customers and partners, data-driven decision making, and content development, then this role is for you! To be successful in this role, you must be experienced in enterprise B2B product marketing, have excellent communication and messaging skills, and an understanding and interest in enterprise AI and generative AI. What you get to do in this role:  Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive seller enablement strategy for GenAI products, including the creation of sales decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and other essential sales tools.Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.Translate insights from market research and competitive analysis to seller assets aligned to market trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.Measure and analyze the effectiveness of seller assets and make data-driven recommendations to optimize performance.Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively sell our GenAI products.
