Sales Support, Clinical Sales Specialist – Clinical Integration and Insights, CapsuleAs a Clinical Applications Specialist supporting Philips Clinical Integration and Insights - Capsule, you will draw upon your clinical expertise to partner with sales in managing pre and post sales activities for the development and implementation of complex, multi-product solutions for our customers.Your role:

Develop and maintain executive and departmental relationships with clinicians and technology leadership at customer accounts within an assigned territory. As well as network and build a positive reputation within the healthcare IT industry.

Use understanding of clinical workflows, voice of customer, and healthcare expertise to assist sales and clients in developing appropriate solutions. And maintain key contacts, notes, and other related documentation in Salesforce.com.

Assist sales staff with understanding clinical perspectives and strategies for building relationships and solutions and review informatics trends, experiences, and approaches.

Develop clinical strategies and assist in the development of strategic plans for Capsule solutions impacting clinical users and participate in developing and delivering quotes, RFP responses or technical details for the sales process.

Represent Capsule by participating in marketing events, tradeshows, and conferences.

You're the right fit if:

5+ years of experience in a direct nursing role and an Active RN License required

Bachelor's-BS/BA degree or clinical degree required

Knowledge of evidence-based principles and clinical practices required

Ability to travel 50%+ Experience in Healthcare IT and/or experience in Healthcare Sales highly preferred

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with people and forge strong relationships but also capable of working independently and within teams.

Ability to work within deadlines, track and monitor progress.

At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $177,000 to $191,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
