Job Summary:Manages related records and compensation information by acting as an official custodian of records. Collects, records, maintains and oversees reporting of records within company, state, and federal guidelines, with minimal supervision. Prepares data for internal, federal, state, regulatory, and relevant agency reports with minimal supervision by conducting, collating responses, and analyzing results of surveys for all relevant populations. Follows recordkeeping regulations (e.g., complying with privacy laws [i.e., HIPPA, FERPA, employee privacy]), recordkeeping best practices, and recordkeeping standards by leveraging a working knowledge of business practices to release records as required by law and regulation or for business purposes. Follows instructions to report on and audits records as required by following legal regulatory guidelines and recordkeeping policies (e.g., confirming identity, patient access policy).Essential Responsibilities:

Pursues effective peer relationships within and across teams to obtain and share resources and information. Listens to, addresses, and seeks performance feedback; acts as an informal resource for less experienced team members. Actively seeks new relevant knowledge and skills based on strengths and weaknesses; reviews others work to help others learn. Follows instructions to complete routine and non-routine work assignments with limited supervision. Collaborates with others to recommend appropriate solutions for routine and non-routine issues; escalates complex issues; communicates progress and information. Supports the completion of priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Identifies and speaks up for ways to address improvement opportunities within ones team.

Manages related records and compensation information by: completing work with minimal supervision; acting as an official custodian of records; compiling and maintaining records in compliance with federal and state laws; collecting, recording, maintaining and overseeing reporting of records within company, state, and federal guidelines with minimal day-to-day supervision; and following instructions to communicate and provide record notifications.

Prepares data for internal, federal, state, regulatory, and relevant agency reports by: conducting, collating responses, and analyzing results of surveys for all relevant populations with minimal supervision.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent AND minimum two (2) years of experience working in a corporate or business office environment OR Minimum three (3) years experience working in a corporate or business office environment.
