RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is hiring a Quality Control Coordinator in support of our enterprise technology client in San Diego, California (CA.) The Quality Control Coordinator will support multiple dynamic teams in support of Research & Development efforts in manufacturing, commercial production, and research. As a critical member of the team, the daily duties required are: General administrative and project coordination tasks across multiple teams Creating and maintaining accurate reports regarding training, compliance, and onsite standards Working with the team on ISO-9001 documentation, standards, and trainings Tracking employee trainings regarding skills and training and ensuring everyone adheres to the trainings on schedule Manage training system processes, session planning, heat index mapping, problem solving with regard to gaps in processes

REQUIREMENTS: 1 to 5 years of administrative, project coordination, quality control, or manufacturing experience is required Knowledge of ISO9001 and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is highly preferred Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) SharePoint and Google systems are a plus Experience with session planning, heat index forecasting, or similar is preferred, but not required Must have the ability to be onsite five days per week and adhere to all safety protocols set forth
