Protein Expression Associate Scientist

Eurofins PSS is searching for an associate level scientist with experience in basic mammalian cell culture and molecular biology techniques. The ideal candidate will support the mammalian protein expression group by performing basic mammalian cell culture and molecular biology techniques for various protein expression needs. Key Objectives: Maintain mammalian cells and prepare cell culture to conduct weekly transfection/protein expression experiment.Assist stable cell line generation of membrane proteinsProvide general molecular biology support (plasmid preparation, PCR and cloning)Assistance in general lab tasks and supply managementWork collaboratively with PBS team on-site to achieve critical research objectives and timelines.Detail oriented and precise in routine lab practiceAppropriate documentation of all experimental results
