Description Robert Half is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join a fast-growing company in San Diego, CA. This role offers the opportunity to be a vital part of exciting projects, working closely with managers and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, briefs, and reports.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or obstacles in collaboration with the project manager.
Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and procurement processes.
Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
Assist with administrative tasks related to project management, such as data entry and file organization.
Requirements
Previous experience in project coordination or administrative roles is preferred.
Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field is preferred.
