Doctorate or MD in Audiology
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from American Speech and Hearing Association.
State license in Audiology
3 years of professional experience as a credentialed audiologist
Pediatric audiologist experience
Shift:
Monday – Friday; 7:00a-5:00p, On Site
No on call
