Description Our respected client in the construction industry is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join their San Diego team. This is a great opportunity for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making a significant contribution to the operations of a growing construction company.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support all administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Manage office budget, ensuring the cost-effectiveness on all office supplies, services, and equipment.
Assist with project management duties, including scheduling, budgeting, and communication.
Handle office protocols, maintaining an inviting and organized office environment.
Develop and implement new administrative systems to increase office efficiency.
Act as liaison between project managers, engineers, and senior executives.
Requirements
Prior experience in an office management role within the construction industry is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook in particular).
Strong abilities in managing and leading a team, and in fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
