Job DescriptionAn employer is looking for a Mechanical HVAC Supervisor to join the San Diego team. This candidate will troubleshoot and repair all Mechanical and Electrical equipment including refrigerators and mechanical control systems. The employee will perform scheduled preventative maintenance, inspection and repair. This person will need to operate advanced tools such as Air Handlers and diagnose/troubleshoot compressors for low and high temperatures. This candidate will need to work all facets of refrigeration on the 15 walk in coolers and know how to repair all mechanical parts in the cooler and freezer units. This candidate will need to know all of the types of refrigerant replacements and will ideally have come from a large facility background. 3 to 5 years of experience in troubleshooting HVAC mechanical systems
Experience troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repairs: AHU (Air Handler Units), and FCU (Fan Coil Units),
-Experience operating Air Handlers
Cooling tower (chiller) PM exp - Experience in a service environment (Hotel, Resort or Restaurant)
-Experience diagnosing/troubleshooting compressors, boilers, heat pumps, Chilled waters systems
Mechanical experience diagnosing/troubleshooting controls (Seamens and Train preferred)
Strong refrigeration mechanical maintenance experience (Walk-in coolers, reach in refrigerators, low and medium temp) null
