Responsibilities include managing all procurement requests, accrual inputs, reclasses, and budget analysis. This includes preparing monthly reports on budgets by team, managing all open POs, and strategic/ad hoc analysis. This role directly supports the teams within Marketing to help them manage their complex budget needs.Eligible applicants must possess strong analytical and communications skills with a strong attention to detail. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess the flexibility to work on various projects and deliverables simultaneously. Candidate needs to have the ability to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to existing complex processes.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or related work experience.ORAssociate's degree and 3+ years of Business Administration/Management, Marketing, or related work experience.ORHigh School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of Business Administration/Management, Marketing or related work experience.Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year (Master’s = one year) of work experience.Preferred Qua lifications:
BSBA or MS/MBA with emphasis in Finance and/or Accounting
2 + years of relevant work experience
Experience supporting sales and/or business development
Proficient in Oracle and Excel
Strong verbal and written communication
