We are working with a client on a long term opportunity for an ITIL Problem Manager. In need of an ITIL Problem Manager with real world experience in problem management across IT and business teams. This role's goal will engage IT support staff to be technically trained at all stages of the process and optimize the use of integrated support tools that drive and control the process.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Business System Analysis, Problem Management and/or Incident Management role

Required - ITIL certifiedPreferred - College degree in Business Management, Systems Analysis or equivalent work experiencein an Operations role.

Preferred - 1-3 years Intermediate level O365 and Microsoft Excel skillsPreferred - 1-3 years of general experience in the IT domainsPreferred - 1-3 years of experience using an industry recognized, ITIL based Problem/Incident/ChangeServiceNow experience is a plus.

Strong communication (oral & written) skills including the ability to translatetechnical issues/concepts into ways for non-technical staff to understand.Ability to lead and motivate team members to resolve issues in a timely mannerVolt is an equal opportunity employer.
