Adheres to all department guidelines and quality requirements.
Conducts set-up processes using fixtures and/or tooling.
Responsible for reporting cycle time and part count.
Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions.
Sets pressures, time, and temperature according to procedures.
Works press controls to activate machines to compress compounds between molds to form and cure specified products.
Removes cured products from mold using hand tools.
The operator is responsible to move products to the next work center in ERP.
